My Neighbor Alice at TwitchCon Amsterdam 2022!
TwitchCon Amsterdam took place on July 16–17, and My Neighbor Alice was in the house! Anastasia Plane (Marketing Lead for ChromaWay) and Lydia Erchok Ferreira (Marketing Manager for My Neighbor Alice) made the trip to the event in order to connect with Twitch gamers from all over Europe and the globe!
Representing blockchain gaming at TwitchCon presented a very unique opportunity. Compared to crypto and NFT-themed conferences, this event contained less Web3 projects than we are used to seeing. In their place, we were greeted by representatives offering in-game services such as streaming and analytics, as well as prominent Twitch streamers and game guilds.
We are thrilled to report that curiosity in My Neighbor Alice, Chromia and blockchain gaming in general was off the charts! We met with several influencers and guilds who are interested in entering the space. We also made sure to network with everyone possible in order to set up future partnerships and collaborations that can help bring together the world of Twitch and the world of My Neighbor Alice!
In the early days of blockchain gaming, it can be easy to forget the absolutely massive scale of the market we are entering. Our experience at TwitchCon only makes us more confident that the world of traditional gaming and blockchain gaming is on a collision course that will result in exciting opportunities for everyone.
