Marketplace and New Features for the Upcoming Alpha Updates!
Exciting news, Neighbors!
Our Marketplace just got even better! Now you can share plots with friends for endless fun together! But before we dive into the details, let’s have a quick recap of what the Marketplace is all about. Our Marketplace provides you with the opportunity to buy and trade land plots, clothing, placeable items, and animals with fellow users and directly from the project itself.
Connecting the wallet
Please keep in mind that to use the Marketplace, you will need to install Metamask and add the Binance Smart Chain network. You will also need BNB to pay for gas fees during transactions and $ALICE tokens to purchase lands and other items.
Profile menu
Once you connect your Metamask wallet in the top right-hand corner, you will be able to see your assets, edit your profile, or check the bids you have made.
My Assets
On the My Assets page, you can find all your items, including land, animals, placeables, and equipment. You can perform various actions, such as:
- Listing an item for sale on the secondary market
- Sharing a piece of your land with your friend (more details below)
- Modifying a listing later and removing it from the marketplace
Bids
You can also monitor the items you placed a bid on through the bid page (click on the top right-hand corner, see the image above). The bids page will then show you all of the lands you put bids on.
Edit profile
From there, you can edit your profile name, nickname, avatar, and optionally add your email address.
Core of Marketplace
Map
One of the great features is the Map. You can view the position of your land on the map and see which lands are already owned or available for sale.
Marketplace
Presently, the interface allows you to view and list your own items for sale. You can also browse and purchase items listed for sale by other users. Remember to select the “Secondary Sales” page for user sales and the “Primary Sales” page for direct sales from My Neighbor Alice.
All items are sold via a 24-hour auction. The reserve price indicates the starting price of the auction. The countdown begins when the first bid is placed. However, if someone bids within the last 30 minutes before the auction ends, the countdown is extended by an additional 30 minutes! You can also keep track of the items you have placed a bid on through the Bid page mentioned earlier.
Alpha Access
This is the place where the game, marketplace, and your items come together. On this page, you can:
- Connect to your Chromia game account.
- Check the status of the Season. If the Season is open, it’s time to dive into the game! If it’s closed, get ready for the upcoming season!
- Move your items to the Chromia game account, making them accessible in-game during the Alpha Seasons.
- Bring them back to the BNB chain, so you can list them for sale.
- Deposit $ALICE into the In-game balance for performing deluxe crafts within the game.

Share a piece of land with your friends
Experience the joy of playing the game together with your friends. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the My Assets page, accessible through the Profile menu.
- Choose a land that you want to share with your friends. Ensure that this land is on the Chromia chain and already accessible in the game.
(If not, head to the Alpha Access page, select the land, and Move to Chromia) - Select a parcel and easily share it with your friend!
Deposit ALICE into the in-game balance
To unlock the ability to perform deluxe crafts in the game, you have the option to deposit $ALICE into your in-game balance. However, please note that this is completely optional, and you can still enjoy the game without it. Here’s how to deposit $ALICE:
- Go to the Alpha Access page and find the “In-game balance” section.
- Click on the “+” symbol to initiate the deposit of $ALICE.
- Choose the desired amount of $ALICE and proceed with the deposit. Please be aware that the transaction may take some time, occasionally up to 10 minutes, for the balance to reflect the deposited amount.
Free Trial for Alpha Season 3!
If you don’t have any land, don’t worry! You can now claim a free trial parcel and start playing the game by June 27 - 1 PM CEST. Here’s how:
- Click on “Claim a free trial parcel”.
- Once you have claimed it, simply download the Launcher and start playing!
