2025: A Year That Changed Everything in Lummelunda
2025 was not just another year in My Neighbor Alice. It was a turning point. A year of growth, experiments, big ideas, and finally… a new adventure.
The months leading up to summer were packed with activity. Alice’s Birthday, Community events, and early partnerships brought Neighbors together. The adventure started to take shape, and Alice kept evolving step by step. But everything changed on June 17th, when we crossed a line we had been walking toward for years.
Chapter One: A New Adventure
After years of building, testing, dreaming, and refining, My Neighbor Alice entered a new era. On June 17th, Chapter One went live. No alpha labels. No beta warnings. A full experience, open to exploration.
This was more than an update. It was a shift. A new shape, a refreshed brand, and a fully playable, browser-based, blockchain-powered world that finally felt alive in every sense. Lummelunda was no longer a promise. It was home.
Since then, more than 127,000 neighbors have created an account, and together you have sparked over 12.6 million in-game actions and transactions. That kind of energy does not come from hype. It comes from players showing up, building, decorating, competing, and just hanging out.
Partnerships That Brought New Faces to Lummelunda
2025 was also the year Lummelunda opened its doors wider than ever.
We teamed up with five incredible partners, each bringing their own culture, style, and community into Alice.
Pudgy Penguins arrived in full force. We brought 8,888 Pudgy Penguins, 22,222 Lil Pudgys, and 7,399 Pudgy Rods directly into My Neighbor Alice. This was not a small drop. It was the entire Pudgy ecosystem, fully recreated inside Lummelunda, so holders could show up as themselves and truly feel at home in the world.
ELLE joined us to celebrate its 80th anniversary with an in-game gallery and a Capsule Collection that blended fashion history with cozy vibes.
Persona Journey added color and expression through Prismatic wearables, custom emotes, and game nights that connected their story with ours.
Fugz brought cozy chaos to Lummelunda. From exclusive wearables to camping placeables, it all felt perfectly unpolished in the best way.
Final Bosu turned bosses into fashion and fun, with outfits, placeables, equippables, and emotes inspired by characters like Lestugo, Boko, and Endo.
Each partnership added something different, but all of them felt right at home.
A Year Full of Collections
Style mattered in 2025. A lot.
From Birthday celebrations before Chapter One to Islander, Pool Party, Hip-Hop, Garden, Holiday, Work in Progress, and Winter vibes, Alice was dressed for every mood of the year. Thousands of in-game items found their way into player inventories, turning islands into personal statements and shared spaces into living galleries.
Airdrops, Adventures, and Rewards
If 2025 had a heartbeat, it was driven by rewards and participation.
We kicked things off with the $ALICE Birthday Airdrop, and then went all in with the biggest one we have ever done. The $ALICE Adventure Airdrop.
500,000 $ALICE were up for grabs in our biggest airdrop ever. 76,632 players jumped in, completing 3,144,125 tasks and triggering 1,285,475 in-game actions along the way. It quickly became clear this was not just about rewards. It was about showing up and playing together.
And the celebrations are not over yet. The Holiday Airdrop is live right now, closing the year the same way we lived it. Together.
Community First, Always
From Winter Sports to From Land to Track, from countless Alice & Chill sessions to Game Nights across the year, the community kept Alice moving. These moments, big and small, are what turned features into memories.
Building the Future With The Alice Collective
2025 also marked the launch of The Alice Collective, our grants program for creators, NFT collections, and Web3 projects who want to be part of Lummelunda without losing their own voice.
It is an open invitation to builders, storytellers, and communities who believe in shared worlds and creative freedom. And this is only the beginning.
