The My Neighbor Alice Companion App is here for Android and Apple Users
Hello neighbors!
Last week we informed you that we had submitted our Companion App to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
We are happy to report that Alice’s Wardrobe is now available on the Apple App Store as well as Google Play Store, which means that every users can download it today and start customizing their avatars!
What’s In Alice’s Wardrobe?
Clothes of course, but there is more. Every time you’ll create an avatar inside the app, it will be minted on the blockchain. You’ll be able to equip all the NFT clothing items you own and thus change how your avatar looks in-game. Saving your looks on the blockchain is as easy as pressing a button!
Speaking of avatars, we are really excited to be able to provide you with a panel of skin tones & haircuts that only prefigures the level of customization you’ll be able to achieve in future versions of the game.
What we really wanted to provide is some extra-utility for the people who bought plots of land and NFTs on external marketplaces, or directly via our Marketplace which now supports buying & selling clothing items!
Connecting To The Chromia Vault
To unlock the magic of Alice’s Wardrobe, you’ll need to connect to the Chromia Vault using MetaMask. It all happens directly in the My Neighbor Alice Marketplace.
Nota bene: First timers must make sure they save their private keys (list of words) when creating their account.
- Go to the My Neighbor Alice Marketplace
- Hit the ‘Connect Chromia Vault’ button
- Hit ‘Link Wallet’
- Choose the NFTs you want to move to Chromia!
- Download the companion app and log in with the same Chromia Vault account by selecting “Import an existing account” and filling in your 15 words backup phrase”.
- Enjoy customizing your avatar!
*It’s possible you’ll need to restart the app for the clothes to load.
