Hi everyone..ome of you might already know me.
I´ve been with Antler Interactive for three years now and with My Neighbor Alice since the beginning.
Previously in a CMO role but 6 month ago I took over as CEO of Antler Interactive and now hold a COO role for My Neighbor Alice.
Before that one of the things I did was to lead the marketing for Cartoon Network and all of its associated brands in the Nordic & Baltic region.
And no, I have not been on holiday for the last 6 months, me and the new management along with the whole My Neighbor Alice team have been working hard to scale up the My Neighbor Alice organization to support the set out vision for the game and overall project.

Our new roadmap introduces and outlines several Alpha Seasons, each of which will build out the My Neighbor Alice world in a testnet environment.
With the ‘Alpha Seasons’ model, we intend to hit the ground running🏃
Each new Season will have its share of upgrades, incremental improvements, and additional components until our vision for My Neighbor Alice is fully realized with the full launch of the mainnet game.
We will continuously be updating our community on developments on our channels, so make sure to follow us on Medium and join our Telegram community.

We want to make sure that the game is inclusive, engaging and a fun experience for everyone, which is why we’re outlining this roadmap to give you a clear view of our progress and milestones
but also of the time and care we are investing into the development of features, art, components, and characters that players will love.
We are releasing the roadmap so that you can be up to speed on our progress and see all the fun activities that we have planned.

That´s a very good question and I´ll do my best to shed some light on it😊
The game’s core mechanics, components and features all have to be developed for the blockchain.
It means that we are no longer working within the confines of traditional game design but are instead exploring the uncharted shores of blockchain gaming.
We are making sure that everything we do works in a self-sustained, secure and decentralized way.
And that is “just” the technical part..
For a game to be successful and long lasting
or even everlasting!
it needs to be a fun and enticing game experience and that is something that takes time to perfect through iteration and testing.

Yes, during the alpha season you´ll indeed be able to play and try out different parts of the game for each season.
These are very important launches to us and we´re really excited to start rolling these out and have more people experiencing the world of My Neighbor Alice😃

As mentioned in the beginning of the AMA my and the teams focus has been to scale up the organisation.
Our team at My Neighbor Alice is growing rapidly and we’re hiring and have been hiring some great people to help in our pursuit to make the game as fun, engaging and inclusive as possible.
Only in the past six months we´ve grown the team with over 100%🚀 with new hires from all walks of life. You will be seeing more content on our people behind the scenes in the near future.🎱
For example we introduced you to our game designer Robin last week. He previously worked at Rovio with Angry Birds 2 and you´ll be able to experience a lot of his work in the first alpha season.

As per our roadmap we´re working on a companion app where you´ll be able to use your clothing NFTs
like the seasonal items purchased on the Binance NFT marketplace

In short, users will be able to download and install the game directly from the official My Neighbor Alice website when the game launches without having to set up an account on a central distribution platform as well.

Sure!
ALICE token is the main utility token in the game and allows holders to play, invest and be part of the game.
Certain NFTs such as land can only be purchased with ALICE
It will also be used for staking
Furthermore, ALICE is a governance token and ALICE token holders will in the future be invited to join the Decentralised Autonomous Organization called the Community Council.

You’re right that Anna Norrevik no longer is the CEO of Antler Interactive.
